You can't go wrong with any roast of this Single Origin, Hand Picked, Organic, Premium Coffee. Excellent from Med-Light to Dark. This is a  smooth cup that gives you all the beautiful notes of a guatemala with some added sweetness. It's Perfection in a cup. Dress it up or add no sugar at all. Its delicious!

At a the lighter end we experience citrus notes almost like an orange or tangerine. Excellent with a savory breakfast! As it moves towards the darker spectrum you could experience, hints of floral, nutty, malty, med to low acidity with a sweet and smoky edge.
