About Us

Who is Cafecito Con Liz = Liz is derived from Elizabeth. Elizabeth means God's Promise. That translates into Coffee with a Promise. A Promise that each cup will be an experience!

When God planted this idea in me when I was 19, I rejected it. I remember when I went off to college years later my younger brother said if you're going to open a coffee shop why are you studying? I said, it's a back up plan. But as for many people my back up plan became my plan. Fast forward almost 20 years and the desire to open a coffee shop became louder than ever. 

So I have embarked on this journey with the support of my husband and my family to follow this vision that God has given me. 

A vision not just for a coffee shop or a roastery but a ministry where many live will be positively impacted by coming into contact with people that love souls that are willing to take action in faith that God has it all in control. 

Our coffee doesn't sit on shelves. Each order is freshly roasted when ordered and every bean is prayed over as it roasts. Know that with every purchase you are sending into a ministry and God will abundantly bless you in return.
