Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is a delivery issue the product is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please take a picture of the damaged product, and the exterior of the package as well as the inside so that we can communicate with our shipping partners and so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right prior to 15 days of your order being marked “Delivered.”

For all Coffee Products:
If you have any issues with your Coffee or you have had an issue receiving your order, Please contact us at cafecitoconlizllc@gmail.com within 15 days of your order being marked as “Delivered.” Because of coffee’s perishable nature as a food product, we cannot accept returns, but we would be more than happy to resolve any and all delivery issues for missing or damaged products. You can always contact us if you have questions.
