Mexico Oaxaca/Chiapas

Smooth and Elegant, that is how we would describe this coffee. At a Medium to Dark very chocolaty cup of coffee, fuller bodied with low acidity, with some nutty & herbal accents. Light to medium roasts are crisp & sweet: Hints of citric balance with a nutty & woody undertone, a pinch of herbal spice in the aftertaste. All in all this is a beautiful cup of coffee. We sigh at every sip and contentment sits in.
